Is the wireless link actually tournament-legal?

Yes. We provide latency test reports per batch, and the board supports a wired fallback mode for events that require cables.

How do you prevent interference at events with hundreds of dongles?

We use frequency-hopping spread spectrum with per-unit pairing IDs, and can pre-provision fixed channel sets for tournament organisers on request.

Can we offer both hall-effect and mechanical in the same case?

Yes if designed for it from the start. We recommend committing to one at tooling stage to avoid PCB and plate compromises.

What is the battery warranty position?

We supply cells rated for 500+ cycles with UN38.3 and IEC 62133 documentation, and can extend warranty terms on the cell specifically.
